Development

We are continuously developing the system in consultation with our users in order to expand functionalities and meet ever-changing customer needs.

Interfaces

As part of the VW Group, we act as an intermediary between dealers and manufacturers and help to define and test new OEM interfaces. In addition, we already use a large number of developed and certified interfaces. The aim is to ensure end-to-end integration from user though importer to manufacturer. This combination of technical know-how and practical retail expertise is a key feature and strength of Porsche Informatik.

Maintenance & Release

We perform the ongoing maintenance of CROSS 3 to guarantee a secure and reliable operating environment for the dealership to focus on its core tasks. Regular software updates and the use of the latest technology, such as AI, ensure that digital solutions are always up to date.

Hosting

CROSS 3 is deployed on an Openshift cloud system, hosted either in the public cloud or in Porsche Informatik’s own three data centers.

Our support team ensures systems run smoothly and provides prompt assistance so that your employees can work without interuption. Whether as first, second or developer level support, Porsche Informatik always strives to resolve incidents quickly and answer queries efficiently.
