Service Booking Online can be accessed seamlessly on retailer websites or via customer portals and apps. Customers can use Service Booking Online as guest or registered users. For registered users, all personal and vehicle-related data is already known. For guest users, these must be entered by the customer as part of the online booking process.
The customer can choose from a list of suggested services, including centrally advertised services from the importer as well as company-specific service packages and offers. They can select the type of vehicle acceptance, their preferred service advisor, the desired and available appointment, and optionally request a replacement vehicle. To ensure they don’t forget the appointment, the customer can also receive a reminder via SMS or email.
The recorded data is transmitted to CROSS 3, which schedules the booked services in the dealership and automatically creates an order.
