The Digital Service Reception offers an efficient way to improve customer service and meet individual customer needs.
The module is compatible with tablets and PCs with a signature pad. The DSR facilitates a guided, digital process for customer and vehicle acceptance, including the creation and signing of digital orders and documentation of the vehicle’s condition. It provides a high level of transparency and verifiability, offering a professional and modern presentation to customers.
The Digital Service Reception enables users to open new orders or convert existing appointments into digital orders. Customer and vehicle data is updated in a guided acceptance process. General information such as return dates, customer limits and parking positions are recorded. Any customer agreements can be made and automatically scheduled in the workshop planner. The service advisor records the vehicle condition in the order using media (photo/video). It has never been so easy to take advantage of upselling opportunities, as packages, parts and accessories are very easy to add to the digital acceptance process. And in the end, the customer receives all documents digitally and the dealership archives them in an audit-compliant manner.
